YOG3302 – This course will guide students through a journey of self-discovery and conscious relationship building through grounding in a Hindu textual tradition and cosmology. On a yogic level, our relationships are mirrors of our own internal landscapes which, with conscious effort, can become crucibles for positive change and transformation. Over ten weeks, participants will engage in exploration and collaboration with their partners to foster personal growth, enhance communication skills, and forge deeper and more resilient connections. The course focuses on a person’s primary relationship as a partner and is open to anyone interested in exploring this for themselves, whether currently in a relationship or not.
